to be honest, hair with one color on top and one color up under is a hair DON'T. this makes your hair look like its doing toooo much and we don't want that. If you want a color either- get highlights/streaks or
- get your whole hair color
Me, i have highlights and I LOVE them. So a note to Bey, change this...PLEASE.
